I had a relaxing time at Mercure Resort Sanur. the beautiful gardens and beach access were definitely highlights. While the breakfast offerings were plentiful and enjoyed by my group, the rooms could use some modernization due to visible wear and tear. the cleanliness was commendable though. Overall, I appreciated the friendly staff and convenient location, but some upgrades are definitely needed.

I had a mixed experience at Mercure Resort Sanur. The facilities were nice, located right on the beach and surrounded by beautiful gardens. but I found the service inconsistent and some areas in need of a good clean. The breakfast was adequate, but there are better options along the promenade. Overall, I appreciated the location, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

My Superior King Room was a good size with a nice balcony overlooking greenery. though I noticed some peeling paint and thin towels. Additionally, the mattress was not very comfortable, which affected my sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Resort Sanur. the location right by the beach was perfect. The friendly staff really stood out, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. While the rooms were comfortable, they did show some signs of wear, and I found the pillow quality lacking. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend it for a beach holiday.
